HADESTOWN THE MUSICAL - SCHOOL TRIP TO LONDON FOR YEAR 9 TO 13 PUPILS
THURSDAY 16 JANUARY 2025- Letters available from Mrs Davy from Friday 13th September
I have booked seats to see the matinee of the stage show “Hadestown” at the Lyric Theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue, London, on Thursday 16 January 2025. The cost of the ticket and coach fare is £51.00 inclusive.
This is a very popular show, and we anticipate that tickets will be in high demand. If the trip is oversubscribed, names will be randomly selected. Pupils will be informed by letter including travel details if they have been given a place on the trip.
If your child would like to apply for a place, our preferred method of payment is by ParentPay and no other paperwork will need to be completed. Alternatively you can pay by cheque (payable to Hartismere school) please enclose this with the reply slip and the consent form in an envelope marked “Hadestown”, which pupils should hand in via the post boxes at pupil services or in the maths corridor. (A place will not be reserved until payment has been received). If your child changes their mind and no longer wish to go on the trip we require at least 7 days prior notice. If we are able to fill the place we will refund the cost. If we are not able to fill the place or notice is less than 7 days no refund will be given. If they are ill and unable to go on the trip we are unable to provide a refund. The closing date is 22 October 2024.
