Learning Support Assistant and Mentor

Required for September 2026

Hours - 30 hours per week 8.45am - 3.45pm Monday-Friday, 38 weeks per year (term time)

Some flexibility may be possible for the right candidate, full or part time hours will be considered for this role

Salary - Grade 2 point 3 - currently £24,796 - £25,185 per annum, pro rata which equates to £16,704 - £16,964

We are looking to appoint a full or part time learning support assistant and mentor to join our friendly team, previous experience preferred but not essential you would require a GCSE in English & Maths. For this post experience in individual or small group mentoring would be an advantage.

There is no set closing date. We will hold interviews when we have received enough applications from suitably qualified applicants. If a successful appointment is not made then we will repeat the process.
