Parents collecting pupils from school
Dear parents and carers
If pupils need to leave the school site during school hours, for example for an unavoidable medical appointment, families should let the school office know, in advance, by email giving the following details:
-name of pupil
-time they will be leaving (and returning if applicable)
-nature of the appointment (i.e medical/orthodontic)
-whether the pupil can leave school unaccompanied (for example to walk to an appointment by themselves). If this permission is not given, a parent or family member would need to collect the pupil from the front office. The pupil will also need to sign out at the office.
Pupils are not allowed to leave the site without this permission.
We are sure you appreciate that this is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our pupils and their families and so your help with this is appreciated.
Thank you
