Hartismere School

Hartismere's school uniform and PE kit is detailed in the PDF on this page.  It shows where items are optional or required.  We do not have a seasonal uniform change, but the school will direct pupils when it is appropriate for exceptions to be made in very warm or cold weather for example.  A few items are branded and these are available from Trutex, our uniform supplier. Other items, such as black trousers and white shirts may be purchased from any retailer.  

We have a second hand uniform shop in school which also holds a limited amount of stock of new items for sale at reduced price.  To check for stock and order from the second hand shop please email uniform@hartismere.com with your query and we will reply to you with instructions on how to pay online.

Using this method school uniform is available from Trutex all year round. Postage and packaging is free on orders over £50 or starts at £3.50 for orders under. Trutex delivers directly to your home or DPD Ship to Shop and aim to deliver within 7 working days. However, please be aware that during the busiest time - towards the start of the new school year in September, this can take longer. We therefore recommend that you place your order for the new school year by the start of August to ensure delivery in time for back to school. Whilst every effort will be made to satisfy all orders, Trutex may not be able to guarantee delivery after this date.

Trutex have assured us that they offer hassle free refunds and exchanges for any items that don’t fit or that you are not happy with, as long as they are returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and with the tags still attached. They should receive returned items within 28 days of them being delivered to you. Bear in mind returns may take up to 7 working days to reach them. Returns are free and can be posted at your local post office using the free post returns label supplied by Trutex. Ensure you get a proof of return stamped by the post office. All refunds and exchanges should be accompanied by a completed returns note: this is attached to the despatch note.
